Tests the heating performance of a new electric vehicle air conditioner with supplying air and increasing enthalpy for cooling and R410A as refrigerant, and compares with the heating performance of ordinary heat pump unit using R134a refrigerant. The experimental results show that the new system can run reliably in the low temperature heating range of -15 ℃ and above, the compressor discharge temperature can be controlled from 56.3 ℃to 83 ℃, the heating capacity of the unit is 17% higher than that of the R134a system, and the overall energy efficiency above 0 ℃ increases by 21%. The new system solves the problem of high discharge temperature and severe attenuation of heating performance in the original system at low temperatures.
